The information systems (IS) auditor serves as a trusted resource when assessing internal systems and controls and is a key point of contact with external examiners. The IS auditor works under general supervision alongside the Quality and Security team to identify and verify risks to systems and data and ensure teams are cognizant of any deficiencies and working toward addressing findings and recommendations.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Work closely with audit and security leadership to ensure cybersecurity and audit policies and practices as defined in global and industry standards are aligned with an appropriate level of risk.
  • Knowledge or background in one or more compliance standards, including Quality Management Systems (ISO9001) and International Standards Organization (ISO
  • Work closely with Quality leaders to aggregate, prioritize, and report on the top issues impacting decision accuracy for each market and workflow.
  • Support every aspect of internal audit quality from audit planning, implementation, feedback, and re-audit as required.
  • Complete all audits in the required timeframe and provide timely and usable feedback to agents to drive improved performance.
  • Collaborate with relevant Team Lead and Quality Lead for performance enhancement of the team.
  • Proactively identify areas of the policies/operational guidelines requiring training and working with training partners to ensure gaps are filled within the given time frame.
  • Become and remain knowledgeable about the Client's products and community standards.
  • Ensure awareness and understanding of Content Policy and operational guideline updates.
  • Mentor new Quality Analysts on the use of audit tools and systems.
  • Develop process documentation and aggregate feedback about the functionality of audit tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant; or Bachelor of Science in Internal Auditing and a Certified Internal Auditor
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in Quality Audit in Information Technology industry
  • With extensive experience in Internal Audit particularly in assigned responsibility
  • With IT Audit Experience
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
  • Good understanding of banking operations, quality management and governing laws and regulations in the areas being assigned.
  • With experience in handling systems audits and/or general IT controls review the areas being assigned.
  • Fluent in English
