RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:

  • Enforce the effective
    implementation of the ISO 9001 – Quality Management System standard
  • Guide the day-to-day activities
    of Junior process engineers and ensure feedback are forwarded to the Team Lead
    and escalation of any concerns/issues, if need be
  • Ensure that team deliverables
    are submitted on a timely manner
  • Create, review and revise
    documented processes, procedures, guidelines, policies, etc. and verify/audit
    their actual performance, effectiveness and efficiency and in
    alignment/conformance with the ISO 9001 Certification – QMS; Security MS,
    SHEMS; Business Continuity MS and other management system standards.
  • Enforce and Implement
    APC-CBE-SP-001 – Control of Documented Information and APC-CBE-SP-002 –
    Management of Change
  • Assist in the root cause
    analysis/problem solving, development of corrections, corrective action and
    documenting them through the Corrective Action Report
  • Initiate innovation, and
    utilize the business process improvement tools in reviewing processes and
    problem solving/root cause analysis, e.g. 7QC tools, Lean Six Sigma, Service
    Level Agreements, etc
  • Maintenance (monitoring, reporting
    of progress and analysis) of assigned database such as CARs, Notice of Change,
    Registered SOP's, MOP's, and Policies, AP Business Permits, Licenses,
    Certifications and Regulatory Reports, KPI Glossary and Glossary of Terms and
    Conditions
  • Plan, schedule and participate
    in scheduled Internal Audits and prepare Audit Reports based on ISO Standards
  • Monitor and report progress, lead
    or co-spearhead and accomplish assigned project(s) on-time
  • Conduct Time and Motion study
    to verify manpower complement and make recommendations
  • Assist and guide the baby
    department in the planning, organizing, controlling, leading of strategic
    direction {top-down, strategy maps) of the company and analysis of their key
    performance indicators (KPI), etc.
  • Design and lay-out machines/equipment
    and workflow, as needed
  • Conduct Work Environment/Ergo
    Monitoring and make recommendations, as needed, e.g. illumination, ventilation,
    noise, etc.
  • Participate actively in QMS
    internal Audit and 5S audit/once a week or as deemed necessary
  • Participate actively in GEMBA
    walks and random facility tour/inspection
  • Benchmark, networks and liaise
    with industry associations, suppliers/business partners and regulatory bodies,
    if applicable
  • Attend and facilitate trainings/orientation,
    as required
  • Monitor Good Warehousing
    Practices
  • Develop and submit presentation
    material for the WBR based on agreed schedule as requested by Quality and
    Compliance Supervisor or Director
  • Conduct research on the latest
    developments in logistics, information systems and technology and in the
    industrial engineering profession, as needed
  • Performs related tasks that may
    be assigned by management from time to time
  • Produce quality outputs and
    satisfy service level agreements with internal and external customers
  • Lives out the Vision, Mission
    and Values of the organization
  • Adhere to the company
    rules/regulations, policies, code of conduct/employee handbook, standard
    operating procedures, work instructions and protocols on Good Warehousing
    Practice (GWP), Good Transport Practice (GTP), service quality, safety,
    security, business continuity, etc.
  • Ensures that Junior Process
    Engineers complies to the company rules/regulations, policies, code of
    conduct/employee handbook, standard operating procedures, work instructions and
    protocols on GWP, GTP, service quality, safety, security, business continuity,
    etc.
