Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor's degree or above
  • With at least 7-10 years of work experience in the related field as a Project Manager
  • With experience handling Microwave or Wireless Project
  • Must have telco vendor project management experience
  • Must be familiar with the internal processes of PLDT, which include in-depth knowledge about engineering project implementation, acceptance and financial payment collection processes
  • Must be familiar with the internal processes of the network infrastructure and network building and network engineering departments of PLDT
  • Must have good customer relationship with key stakeholders in PLDT
  • Those with prior project experiences in handling PLDT OLT&ODN from Fiberhome will be given priority
  • Project Management Professional certification is not a requirement but an advantage for the role
  • Other nationalities are welcome to apply (i.e. Malaysian-Chinese, Singaporean-Chinese, Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc.)
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig

Job Description:

  • Responsible for successful performance and delivery of the project;
  • Establish and manage project objectives and baselines, planning and acquire project resources;
  • Manage and control project schedule, cost, quality, scope, risk,etc.,to meet requirements of the contract and customer;
  • Communication management, escalation of major/critical issues during project implementation;
  • Organizing to complete PAC/FAC as project schedule; establish and improve relationship with customer;
  • Team building and performance management of project teams and team members;
  • Responsible in overseeing workers in various departments who are assigned certain tasks to complete for a given project and involves creating schedules and following up with employees to ensure that each phase of project proceeds as planned;
  • Supervises other department heads in carrying out certain projects and keeps upper management personnel informed as to how a particular plan is progressing.
  • Responsible in coordinating telecommunication systems installation projects.
  • Organizing to have effective communication mechanism with the customer, including the customer's CTO

Salary: Negotiable

Contract: 1 year, with the possibility of absorption

Working Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 9am - 6pm

Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Php150, Php250,000.00 per month
