Managing Director for Operations Support

Job Description:

• Reporting to the Country Head, this position will be a key member of the senior executive team at Carelon Global Solutions, responsible for driving, implementing and communicating the Operations Support strategy.
• The Managing Director for Operations support will be tasked to lead the Workforce Management, Training & Quality and Delivery Excellence Teams.
• Proven and demonstrated skills in business operations, corporate functions combined with general management skills and experience operating at a senior leadership level with ability to inspire and drive the organizational agenda. Knowledge of business strategy to provide long-term planning and scale/manage the performance & profitability of delivery.
• Solid leadership and organizational skills to effectively influence strategy and decision making across multiple levels of the organization and diverse business & technology groups.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and gravitas to interact and manage expectations with senior leaders, stakeholders and management. Highly flexible and adaptable to change and manage through change. Demonstrated people manager skills and ability to connect, engage, motivate, coach and represent the cultural values of the organization.
• Strategic & global mindset, excellent judgment at a complex organizational level, and proactive and dynamic style that fosters informed decision making, particularly on challenging, complex and difficult issues. Outstanding collaboration and negotiation skills as demonstrated by proven ability to affect change internally and externally at multiple levels. High levels of personal and professional integrity, strong work ethic, and commitment to diversity and Carelon Global Solutions mission and values. Primary duties for this senior management position, with moderate to advanced complexity and broad/enterprise scale include, but are not limited to:
• Develops, implements, and communicates the overall strategy for Operations Support to meet the delivery objectives including managing and executing the programs. Enables and fosters an environment of productivity, efficiency through innovation. Drive transformational programs, optimizing operations with controls, compliance, risk mitigation, efficiency and automation.
• Combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Extensive experience in MNC's and large BPO Services firms in an executive capacity will be a plus.
