We're looking for a creative director to join our team of 15. Crushvertise is a lean but fast growing team of DTC eCommerce and brand build builders and managers and we need a strong creative director to step up and help our CEO and Mediabuying team get to the next level.About the Role:In this role, you will help lead the creative direction, revision and final product for our advertising and promotion efforts top of funnel (ToF) largely for Meta. You will work closely with the CEO and mediabuyers to coordinate and deliver consistent high performing video and static graphic ads. You will create creative briefs, work back and forth with creative scripts, direct, review and approve editor, and graphic artist content.Current Brands: BronzeBites OptiStacksExamples of brands we like the look & feel of: TryAuri.   • Lead the creative direction and execution of high-quality video and static graphic ads, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and brand standards, primarily for Meta platforms.
  • Develop creative briefs and collaborate with CEOs and media buyers to ensure a cohesive vision and effective execution of advertising campaigns.
  • Direct the creation of innovative scripts, oversee the production process, and provide final approval for all creative outputs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of video editors, graphic artists, and other creative personnel, fostering an environment of creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure branding consistency across all our digital and print marketing materials, including product packaging and promotional assets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices in advertising creativity and production to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading creative teams and directing production of high-performing Meta video and static ads, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful advertising campaigns on Meta.
  • Expertise in creative concept development and the ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of advertising dynamics and user engagement, particularly on digital platforms like Meta.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of designers, video editors, and other creative professionals.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), and familiarity with other design and video editing tools.
  • Exceptional ability to oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working closely with CEOs, media buyers, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and effective advertising campaigns.
  • A commitment to staying updated with the latest trends in advertising, design, and technology to continually enhance creative output and campaign effectiveness.
