-Ensures proper coding of all newly-arrived merchandise, following the given policy on SKU Coding

b. Delivery Notice/Purchase Order Encoding

c. Back Office PO creation (PO release to be done by AMM)

d. Delivery of Tags to store

e. Price changes in system based on approved End of Season prices or other events

2. Weekly Reports

a. Extraction of Sales and Inventory Raw Data

c. Updating Inventory File

d. Updating of Per SKU Analysis report (sell-through) with photos

a. Visits stores once a week to check for defective merchandise so that nothing is pending

more than 7 days

b. Creates stock claim report for the Principal's perusal and feedback

c. Coordinates with Warehouse to remove the inventory from system once principal gives

direction

d. Consolidates Incident Reports from all departments and ensures they are resolved

4. Audit Adora stores once a week or when there are new deliveries

5. IT Coordination

a. Ensures price changes are reflected in the system

b. Ensures Sales and Inventory information are accurate in system

c. Coordinates with IT to reflect approved monthly targets in system

6. Store/Warehouse Coordination

a. Follow through with warehouse regarding arrival of new merchandise and delivery to stores

b. Warehouse coordination on tags printing/pull-out/delivery

c. Ensures all new merchandise to be delivered to the store are correctly tagged through

coordination with the Store

Qualifications:

1. Expertise with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

2. Unquestionable ability to deliver and execute w/ strong consistency and attention to detail and

quality, and can deliver in a quarterly, monthly, weekly horizon

3. Ability to execute and improve checklists and processes

4. Ability to organize and logically convey both verbal and written communications to any member
