About the Role

Depending on your position as a Project Manager, you will work in an operational role designating executional tasks related to administrative work on projects, and/or lead/train a team of PMs on how to best designate executional tasks related to administrative work. Entry-level PMs will manage basic level projects, Intermediate PMs will manage higher level projects, and Experienced PMs will lead and train PMs in working on projects of all levels. You will be required to create, review, and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). It is important that you are highly organized and knowledgeable on your projects, as you will be expected to lead not only teams of people, but also client calls from an operational standpoint.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • University Degree (3-4 years of schooling) in a related field (i.e., Business, Data, etc.)
  • Experience as a Team Lead (i.e., in a leadership or training role)
  • Data background (not mandatory)
  • Experience with Email Marketing (not mandatory, but preferred)

Programs Used:

  • WorkFront – project management program
  • ProdTools – custom program for email matching
  • Microsoft Excel – manipulating charts, generating Seed Lists and Live Files (for email deployments)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint – putting together slide decks with/for clients

Common Tasks:

  • Receiving assets from clients for email deployments, programs, etc.
  • Uploading assets and content information into project management tool (WorkFront)
  • Communicating with client in a timely fashion
    • Updating client on email deployment status
    • Answering client questions
  • Running matches using custom program, on client provided files to generate a target audience (ProdTools)
    • Involves some manipulation of Excel file (ex., renaming files columns)
  • Using current project templates (WorkFront) for deployments, licenses, programs, etc.
    • Suggesting updates to improve templates through use
