The Role

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation/review of Business Requirement Document (BRD) for the Business and Operations Unit, handles business analysis and project management, and implementation of automation projects. Ensure accurate output of new and modified programs before live implementation. Acts as liaison officer between users and technical group during project discussion and planning. Responsible for the investigation of system-related problems of business users and ITG. Prepares applicable work procedures for new and modified functionalities.

How you'll contribute

  • Handles business analysis and project management and implementation of automation projects covering:
  • Interacts with business users, IT groups, and external service providers on project implementation.
  • Monitor and conducts post-implementation review after project/system production implementation.
  • Acts as SME for card business users.
  • Support resolution of production issues in coordination with IT or external service provider for needed patches/fixes.
  • Assist/conducts UAT for production fixes as needed.
  • Coordinates UAT Acceptance Sign-off and review of other related documents to comply with the bank's SDLC and Audit requirement for production implementation for production issues.
  • Provides updates to the Business Development Group and Operations Group Head on the resolution of issues.
  • Escalate outstanding issues requiring immediate resolution for necessary action.
  • Updates Business Development Group and Operations Group Head on various projects being handled. Provide status reports on task/project lists on a regular basis.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.

  • With at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Unsecured Lending, i.e., Credit Cards business and its end-to-end process.
  • High level of communication skills
  • Attention to detail and systematic.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of system development life cycle
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Team player and can work with minimal supervision.
