Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (B.S. Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, preferably licensed, or equivalent)
With at least 15 years of relevant and significant experience in solar power plant project development and execution in a high leadership capacity, preferably for full life-cycle project delivery, from pre-development/project feasibility to construction, testing, and commissioning
Has been involved in the Engineering and Design of a fairly complex Solar Farm plus BESS of at least 500MW; can understand the concepts and issues of BESS
Strong capability to manage teams, external consultants, and priorities; has the flexibility to find alternative options when necessary
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; well-adept in
Foreign nationals are welcome to apply
Willing to travel and to be assigned in Nueva Ecija, Philippines
