Job Overview

The Organizational Development Manager plays a pivotal role in enhancing organizational performance and effectiveness through the design, implementation, and oversight of strategic initiatives. This position demands a profound grasp of human behavior, organizational dynamics, and change management principles. The Organizational Development Manager collaborates with diverse departments and stakeholders to pinpoint improvement areas and devise interventions that foster organizational growth and advancement.

Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute organization-wide strategies and initiatives to elevate employee engagement, performance, and overall organizational efficacy.
  • Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to pinpoint improvement areas and craft action plans to rectify identified issues.
  • Devise and facilitate workshops, training programs, and team-building activities to foster employee development and collaboration.
  • Work closely with HR and senior leadership to create and execute talent management and succession planning strategies.
  • Evaluate and propose alterations to organizational structure, policies, and procedures to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Spearhead change management endeavors, including communication plans, to ensure seamless implementation of organizational changes.
  • Assess and evaluate training and development programs to gauge their impact and effectiveness.
  • Offer coaching and guidance to managers and employees on organizational development matters, encompassing performance management and career development.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organizational development, implementing pertinent strategies and interventions.
  • Collaborate with external consultants and vendors as necessary to bolster organizational development initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Comprehensive understanding of organizational development principles, theories, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and collaborate with employees across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in analyzing complex organizational issues and devising data-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating training programs and workshops.
  • Strong project management acumen, capable of overseeing multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify root causes of organizational issues and develop effective interventions.
  • Proficiency in change management principles and adept at navigating and managing organizational change.
  • Proficient in utilizing various organizational development tools and assessments.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive change and secure stakeholder buy-in.
  • Uphold a high level of professionalism and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in organizational development change management, or a related field, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Certification in organizational development or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Sound knowledge of pertinent labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience in operating within a diverse and multicultural environment is advantageous.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Mandaue City, Cebu
  • Can work on night shift

Pay: Php60, Php100,000.00 per month
