  • Partner with selected divisions/business units to support in decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manages and cleans up data to be used for financial templates and reports.
  • Develop financial models for specific business areas identified by management.
  • Coordinates with different departments to identify business needs and map out data requirements.
  • Reports financial/operational performance based on agreed-upon metrics set by management.
  • Provide support to the financial reporting head for ad hoc reports/templates set by management.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor/College Degree in Accountancy / Management Accounting / Financial Management
  • Minimum of (3) years experience in financial report and/or management reporting
  • Ability to navigate through standard reports of SAP ECC
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication both oral and written, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail with good analytical skills.
  • Able to plan and implement projects for improvement and innovation.
  • Enthusiastic team player with the ability to motivate and lead the multi-skilled team
  • Good "people skills" for building relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to take a proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve results.
  • High level of professionalism.
