They work with the world's leading brands, and have 80,000 Creators opted in to our industry-leading apps. Our client combines an approach of technology and team to enable brands to easily source, brief, and license creator content. They are Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest marketing partners.

Founded by digital content expert and Australian TV/Radio personality Jules Lund, our client is one of the most exciting start-ups to come into the booming creator market, truly disrupting the way marketers produce and distribute branded content.

They are now looking for a Campaign Manager to work across Australia, the UK, or the US region based in our Manila office. Reporting directly to the Head of Campaign Management. The role will require you to help us successfully delight our Customers by supporting our talented and bright team of CSMs to proactively deliver our customers value.

Campaign Management Team

Our Campaign Management team drives optimum customer experience and platform outcomes while using our client. Working closely with customers to help them achieve their business goals. Campaign Managers will educate them on best usage practices and the latest features and actively suggest platform actions to deliver stronger campaign performance, in turn driving repeat usage, higher transactional revenue, and helping with subscription renewal. Acting as the voice of the customer, Campaign Managers are also responsible for communicating common customer behaviors and feedback to the CSMs, sales, marketing, and product teams to further improve the experience and outcomes.

Core Role Responsibilities

As a Campaign Manager, you will;

  • Assist in the overall relationship with their customer base, which includes: initial onboarding and training, managing campaigns, post-campaign metric reporting, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Provide technical support to customers, ensuring they remain satisfied with the product
  • Aid with the development and improvement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and addressing these with their product team to help improve our client (feature requests, improvements, bugs)
  • Maintain excellent service standards, ensuring the customer reaches success as soon as possible, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • You will help customers maximize the value of our client with absolute knowledge of the product
  • Respond to support queries, provide answers, and be the go-to guide
  • Management of CRM and other platforms related to delivering customer success
  • You will help monitor customer health through available metrics and assessments and carry out follow-up actions as necessary
  • Along with the Customer Success Manager, you will help to identify and resolve challenges with product adoption encountered by their customers

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a customer facing role or account management
  • Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex concepts in simple terms
  • Great interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Listen to the customer and connect them with the appropriate department to address their needs
  • Customer-centric and proactive attitude
  • Highly adaptable and quick to learn new information
  • Possess a strong work ethic and relentless attitude to achieve success
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Open to a culture of innovation, professional development, and collaborating with others in a team
