Job Description

  • Develop and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns tailored to the unique needs and object/es of our B2B clients, including segment analysis & prioritisation, channel selection, budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI/impact reporting
  • Build and oversee the implementation of multi-channel campaign plans across various platforms including Google Ads, Linkedin, Facebook, sense, email marketing, and content syndication
  • Lead internal discussions with cross-functional teams to drive maximum efficiency in campaign planning, implementation, optimisation, and performance tracking
  • Project manage the team to ensure on-time delivery and clear alignment with the client's goals
  • Communicate regularly with clients & internal stakeholders to provide campaign updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations
  • Facilitate communications between internal team members to resolve bottlenecks and drive forward momentum
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for client teams when it comes to digital advertising

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketing or business management related roles (B2B experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • A broad understanding of B2B full-funnel demand generation marketing principles, including ABM, lead nurture, engagement tracking, and pipeline acceleration is preferred
  • Proven track record in delivering marketing campaigns that drive sales growth
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation), with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and campaign optimization
  • Highly proficient in English and confident in client-facing meetings with US stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and client needs
  • Prior experience with related campaign management tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Linkedin Ads, SEMrush Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot) is a strong advantage
