General Responsibilities

  • Manages the Styleright Global warehouse including the oversight of the following major areas: Inventory, Fulfilment, Delivery, Returns and Repairs
  • Familiarisation with the inventory system used by Styleright Global
  • Reviews inventory, fulfilment, delivery, returns and repairs processes on an on-going basis for continuous improvement
  • Maintains and develops various reports and standard templates for analysis and use by the Management
  • Prepares all reports and analytics as required by the marketing and accounting team
  • Prepares memo for new policies, procedures and guidelines including amendments
  • Oversees general orderliness and efficiency of warehouse members as well as layout of the warehouse area
  • Performs other related tasks as instructed by immediate head

Inventory Related Responsibilities

  • Maintains accuracy of inventory by following and establishing new processes for physical counting of goods on a regular basis, and reconciling with the inventory system
  • Prepares reports including, but not limited to: inventory report of all brands per business unit, principal stocks, turnover, bad items, repairs
  • Responsible for month-end closing activities and checking related to the correctness of inventory
  • Leads in the reconciliation and investigation of merchandise issues or variance, and coordinates with the concerned department(s) for any questions, findings, and recommendations
  • Performs other related tasks as needed
  • Target of 98% Inventory Accuracy

Fulfilment Related Responsibilities

  • Manage the workflow of the fulfilment team to ensure constant, steady progress in terms of order processing and fulfilment (from online and offline stores)
  • Coordinate with Delivery and Scheduling team to properly prioritise fulfilment workflow
  • Manage the fulfilment staff count (add or subtract manpower) to match the seasonality and demand of the business due to any promos or big sales event
  • Leads in the reconciliation and investigation of merchandise issues or variance, and coordinates with the concerned department(s) for any questions, findings, and recommendations
  • Performs other related tasks as needed

Delivery Related Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery calendar together with the Delivery and Scheduling team to ensure no conflicts or no gaps in deliveries on a daily basis
  • Oversee the coordination with various air and sea freight/shippers to ensure timely delivery of goods to provincial stores
  • Upholds the 7-day rule where bookings in the Delivery and Scheduling calendar are at least 7 days in advance. This is to minimise errors in fulfilment, and to lessen the burden on the fulfilment team
  • Leads in the reconciliation and investigation of merchandise issues or variance, and coordinates with the concerned department(s) for any questions, findings, and recommendations
  • Performs other related tasks as needed
  • Target of 95% Delivery fulfilment, on budget and on time.

Returns Related Responsibilities

  • Manage the team responsible for pullouts and returns from various vendors
  • Coordinate with the Delivery and Scheduling team to ensure pullouts have no conflicts with deliveries
  • Ensure all items from pullouts and returns are properly counted, assessed, processed, and returned to their proper location within the warehouse
  • Ensure all items from pullouts and returns are properly logged in the inventory system
  • Leads in the reconciliation and investigation of merchandise issues or variance, and coordinates with the concerned department(s) for any questions, findings, and recommendations
  • Coordinate with accounting team to resolve any discrepancies found with pullouts and returns, with the vendor responsible
  • Performs other related tasks as needed

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies / Administration Management, Commerce, or equivalent
  • With at least 3 years of inventory, inventory management, audit, experience in retail industry or equivalent
  • Proficient in English and Filipino both oral and written
  • Good level of competence in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy and good analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
