Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. Your primary goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain, guaranteeing that all products are readily available for our various locations. Leveraging your experience in multinational environments and managing multiple sites, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and fostering a culture of excellence within our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

  • Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to replenish stock as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies promptly.

2. Warehousing Operations:

  • Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts to maximize space utilization and streamline workflows.
  • Supervise the picking, packing, and shipping processes to fulfill orders accurately and on time.

3. Team Leadership:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear performance objectives, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback to enhance employee productivity and morale.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and promoting awareness among warehouse personnel.

4. Process Optimization:

  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement in areas such as productivity, cost-effectiveness, and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turnover, minimize waste, and reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, and distribution, to streamline supply chain operations.

5. Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the integrity and freshness of perishable goods throughout the supply chain.
  • Conduct regular inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Investigate and resolve any quality-related issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.

6. Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, warehouse activities, and operational performance metrics.
  • Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and labor productivity.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on warehouse operations, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in warehouse management, preferably in the fast food or retail industry, with a track record of success in multinational environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Solid understanding of health and safety regulations, quality assurance principles, and supply chain best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

Working Conditions:

  • The role may require occasional travel to various warehouse locations and supplier sites.
  • work hours may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate operational needs and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
