Position Title: Admin Assistant

Salary: 15, , 000 PHP monthly

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Date: May 2024

Schedule: 7:00 AM TO 4:00 PM PH Time

Responsibilities:

  • Chase, record, and reconcile POD and delivery notes, as well as delivery confirmations
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor payments and update CRM accordingly
  • Provide support and assistance to Finance Leaders/Managers as required
  • Maintain logical and organized filing systems for documents and records
  • Liaise with other team members and departments effectively
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written formats
  • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills in dealing with colleagues and external contacts
  • Utilize computer systems and complex databases proficiently
  • Possess good numeracy skills for financial tasks
  • Maintain integrity and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Exhibit confidence and the ability to tactfully handle debt collection when necessary
  • Utilize Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, proficiently
  • Experience with Sage and Xero is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications:

  • Basic finance experience or an associated finance degree is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks and processes quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and complex databases
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
  • Prior experience in finance or accounting is a plus
