As an experienced and dynamic Lead AIOps (MLOps) Machine Learning Engineer, your purpose is to spearhead the establishment and management of a new AIOps capability in the Philippines for GHD's Advanced Analytics and AI (A3I) practice. You will be both leading and hands-on, implementing productionisation and global scaling of solutions ranging from Generative AI to IoT data, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and innovation in our AI initiatives. Central to your purpose is the ability to forge strong relationships with both internal and external clients, and the cultivation of a positive culture rooted in deep collaboration and innovation.

What you will do:

• Lead the formation of a new offshore AI Ops team, placing a strong emphasis on cultivating a collaborative approach when working with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee onboarding and training processes, ensuring the team is equipped to effectively engage with clients, and establishing a positive, high performing culture.
• Liaise with onshore AI solutions and Information Services teams to implement and manage enterprise grade solutions for our clients, ensuring they meet customer expectations, security, risk and audit requirements, utilise resources efficiently and do not cause high severity outages
• Work with our existing client base as needed to also support their AIOps journey and bolster their DevOps capabilities

Requirements:

• Experience in productionisation and scaling of solutions, preferably within a tech startup environment.
• 8-10 years of experience in DataOps/DevOps, with specific experience in MLOps and Microsoft Azure. Azure certification well regarded.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure Platform as a Service products such as Azure SQL, WebApps, AppServices, Azure App Service Fabric, Azure functions, Azure Logic Apps, and App Service Environment.
• Experience in Azure Networking (private/service endpoints, peering, ASG/NSG)
• Proven experience with build and development tools e.g. Terraform or/and Kubernetes, Vagrant, Docker, Packer, Git, Maven, and managing infrastructure as a code
• Hands-on experience in PowerShell, Source Control, ARM templates, JSON, Bash and deployment automation, Terraform Cloud and GIT as source control
• Strong hands-on automation and orchestration tools and CI/CD pipelines, e.g. Azure DevOps, Terraform Enterprise, Artifactory, etc.
• Python programming skills at an advanced level is mandatory
• Bachelor or Masters degree in IS, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such as Azure AD, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Azure AD Proxy and Active Directory Domain Services
• Previous consulting experience is highly desirable
