Megawide is currently seeking of an innovator and result driven Project Logistics Managers who will oversee project logistics concerns and strategies, and will be responsible for ensuring overall logistical services meet set standards of quality, project specifications and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages the overall project performance of multiple projects such as but not limited to the scope, safety, quality, schedule, innovation, cost, and customer satisfaction.

  • Monitors and ensures that rework, back jobs and change orders are minimized if not eliminated.
  • Maintains proper documentation of client/vendor/supplier requirements. Creates a detailed description of the scope of project thru work breakdown schedule and ensures proper and effective selection of product and service provider in line with the company policy.
  • Ensure the completion of a project on time by estimating the resources and time required for the project, develop and controls the schedule.
  • Manage the completion of a project within the specified budget and monitors the budget and expenditures.
  • Conducts strategic planning with the team for proper execution of profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company's operations.
  • Represents the company during client meetings and representations to ensure that all concerns will be addressed and eventually resolved.
  • Establishes, maintains, and manages customer requirements and expectations regarding the project performance.

Successful candidate for the role must possess the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years' relevant work experience in Construction industry
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Proficient in MS Applications
