As Keralty Prime Cebu Inc., we are committed to providing exceptional and accessible patient-centered healthcare services. The Interim Director for Finance oversees the company's financial operations and provides strategic financial guidance to the Senior Management Team.

Specific areas of responsibilities include:

1. Financial Planning & Analysis: developing financial plans and budgets in line with strategic goals and providing insightful analysis to support executive decision-making.

2. Financial Reporting: overseeing the timely, accurate and compliant preparation and distribution of financial statements, management reports and other relevant financial information to critical stakeholders.

3. Cash Management: overseeing cash flow and treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting & monitoring and managing relationship with banks.

4. Tax & Compliance: ensuring compliance with tax and applicable regulations and managing relationships with external auditors and regulatory institutions.

5. Risk Management: identifying and mitigating financial and operational risks to the company and establishing strong internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and interests.

6. Strategy Planning & Management: be an effective part of the Senior Management Team in developing and executing the company's strategic plan and a highly credible and capable Finance Leader to the finance and accounting team.
