Responsibility Statements

  • Manages functional teams.
  • Leads development plans, team productivity, resource planning, and SLAs.

  • Helps prepare financial reporting, budget, and forecasts with all departments and functional areas.
  • Identifies underlying assumptions, risks, opportunities, and provides explanations on variances.
  • Coordinates P&L review with accounting and operation teams during month-end close.
  • Reviews and approves projected financials for pricing proposals for new or existing customers/contracts.
  • Consolidates and reviews complex financial data to assess tracking against forecast/plan.
  • Provides additional support for adhoc reports and analysis as needs arise.
  • Ensures understanding and compliance with company policies and Internal Controls.
  • Understands major assumptions and other drivers of the business to create accurate forecasts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
