This role is crucial in guiding our team in the Netherlands and welcoming customers onsite through video, all without the need for graveyard shifts.

PURPOSE
As a Senior Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in our organization. You will be guiding our team in the Netherlands, ensuring that our students and customers receive the best support and service. You will also have the unique opportunity to welcome customers onsite through video interactions, making their experience memorable and positive.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers on-site in a professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Handle complex customer service issues, including escalations and technical problems.
  • Mentor and support junior customer service representatives, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are logged and tracked in accordance with our data management policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven, long-term experience in BPO customer service roles, with a track record of excellence.
  • Experience in IT-related customer service is highly desirable.
  • Must be presentable and professional in all customer interactions.
  • Ability to work shifts up until midnight (no graveyard shifts).
  • C2 level proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
