Job Summary Purpose:

As a Reporting analystsgather, arrange, and inspect data using various procedures to deduce information that can be used to shape the trajectories of companies. You will also be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining a smooth invoicing process within our BPO company.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Review and verify billing data for accuracy and completeness
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather information and resolve any discrepancies
  • Reconcile invoices and resolve billing issues or disputes
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments
  • Maintain accurate records of invoice data and financial transactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
  • Assist in preparing financial reports related to invoicing and billing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Invoicing Specialist or similar role in a BPO setting
  • Excellent attention to detail and numerical skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
