About the position:

The Learner Engagement Team is focused on enhancing the overall experience of learners to ensure that they are achieving their language goals and satisfying our clients' expectations.

As a Video Specialist, you will have the opportunity to utilize your video editing skills and creativity to develop captivating video content that resonates with our learners and clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and implement video initiatives that drive engagement and enhance the overall learner experience. As a key part of our growing team, you will have the chance to make a big impact on our learners across the world.

What you'll do:

  • Plan and produce content that highlights our products and language learning topics.
  • Edit raw video footage into polished, high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere or similar software.
  • Contribute to the overall video content strategy of the Learner Engagement Team.
  • Collaborate with our CSM, LC, and Product teams to develop engaging multimedia content.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual style.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in video editing, content creation, or similar fields.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing and production skills.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to convert video content into multiple different formats for different platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc).

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.

  • Experience in the EdTech industry or a passion for language learning is a plus.
