Job Description

Strategyand New Markets

· Buildanalysis and insights on markets, competitors, and business / industry trends forIntogreat top executives for decision making

· Researchingand analyzing data, insights, analytics to identify and define target marketsand audiences.

· Developmarketing strategies and tactics which will be presented to executives fordecision-making

· AssistGM of Strategy and GM of Sales in implementing tactics and monitor criticalsuccess metrics

· Collaboratewith related departments such as Strategy and PMO, Operations, BusinessDevelopment, Executives, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure strategy developmentand execution and tracking of progress against goals

· Abilityto immerse oneself in specific verticals & to drive quality contentoutcomes

· Launchmarketing campaigns and evaluate performance and deliverables against KPIs

· Assistthe Marketing and the Business Development functions to carry out marketresearch during new region penetration stage, in respect to each country'sethics, culture, customs, etc.

· Leadthe marketing team and handle relevant delegated projects

· Worktogether with GM of Strategy and GM of Commercial partnerships and sales in creatinga brand content marketing plan.

· Manageand executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, andother online advertising campaigns.

· SourcingPR opportunities for brands. i.e. brand recognition awards

· Identifiestrends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.

· Overseeing,approving and reviewing campaigns on social media.

· Evaluatingthe effectiveness of campaigns against forecast / budget.

· Reportingon trends and statistics across all digital media platforms.

· Stayon top of current trends and best practices in Marketing

· Managerelationships with Marketing agency partners and other marketing vendors

· Meetingmarketing goals metrices and KPIs and driving the team towards meeting targetson but not limited to:

o Leads generation and conversion

o SEO rankings and Domain Authority

o Website performance and health

o Paid ads (google and social media)including ROI

o Organic Social growth

o E-mail marketing conversions

· Ability& willingness to pivot based on key learnings and campaign results, withthe leadership skills to take a entire team on this journey

PeopleManagement

· Performperformance evaluations and coaching ensuring that staff are delivering KPIs

· Upliftingstaff morale and motivation to ensure highly engaged and productive team

· Mustbe able to lead and mentor a team and drive continuous improvement, fosterproductive feedback loop

· Assiststaff on building their long-term development goals and build their personalgrowth in alignment with company goals.

· Manageday-to-day escalations, as required

· ManageHR and admin staff related activities

· Adhoc tasks as required

Requirements

Qualifications

· Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing, Communications or related

· Atleast 7 years proven work experience in B2B marketing.

· Atleast 2 years experience in leadership or supervisory role

· Knowledgeof Australian/US Marketing environment with at least 2 years' experience in AU/USbusinesses

· Thoroughknowledge of Paid advertising, SEO, social media and web analytics.

· Willingnessto be mentored by CMO

· Experienceand knowledge in B2B environment with specific expertise of client personas,customer challenges and problems, across multiple jurisdictions and verticals

· Previousexperience working in an environment where Sales & Marketing have workedhand in hand to drive positive business outcomes

· Excellentinterpersonal and communication skills.

· Exceptionalleadership and people management skills

· Solidknowledge of market research techniques.
