Qualifications:
  • Must be a CPA
  • Must be knowledgeable in US GAAP & IFRS
  • 8+ years of accounting experience with percentage of completion revenue recognition; at least 3-5 years of which on a leadership (Controllership/Managerial capacity)
  • Prior experience in managing US clients/US transactions
  • Prior experience with Contract Accounting
  • Ability to leverage strengths of the current finance team members, help to clarify roles and responsibilities and develop and implement training programs to maximize and reach optimal individual and organizational goals
  • Highly analytical, solutions oriented and see the "big picture"
  • Excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills to explain results and proposals across varying levels of experience within the organization
  • Strong understanding of multi-currency accounting
  • Must have prior in experience in BPO / Shared Service Industry or from a Multinational company (large public accounting)
  • Amenable to work US hours/night shift and holidays
  • Amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once we return to office
