Our client is seeking a passionate and dedicated Continuous Improvement Senior Manager to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to improve, change, and transform existing business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing detailed assessments of business operations, developing business cases, creating roadmaps for change, and implementing solutions. What you'll do:
As a Continuous Improvement Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our client's business operations. You will conduct comprehensive assessments of various aspects of the business including clients, vendors, people, processes, and technology. Your insights will guide the development of robust business cases that outline necessary changes and improvements. You will also be instrumental in creating roadmaps for delivering these changes according to the business plan. Your role will involve close collaboration with Business Operations Leaders to ensure operational excellence is embedded across all facets of the business. Additionally, you will develop reports tracking the impact of changes made and identify potential risks or barriers to successful implementation.

Perform detailed study/assessment of Business Operations End to End (Client, Vendor, People, Process, Technology) and determine areas for change and improvement.
* Develop Business Cases that include actions/solutions required to change and improve the Business Operations.
* Create a roadmap and plan to deliver change and improvement as per the Business Plan.
* Develop solutions to implement change and improvement within the Business Operations.
* Work closely with the Business Operations Leaders to embed Operational Excellence across the business.
* Develop reporting to track the impact of the change and transformation.
* Identify implementation risks and barriers to adoption and develop risk mitigation strategies.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Continuous Improvement Senior Manager role brings a wealth of experience and a strong skill set. You should hold a degree from a premier institute and have certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, PMP. Your 15 years of work experience as a Business Change, Transformation and Operational Excellence consultant will be invaluable in this role. Experience in sectors such as Insurance and Insurance Broking, Human Capital Benefits, Banking, Financial Services, Ecommerce is highly desirable. Your excellent communication and presentation skills will enable you to effectively convey your ideas and findings. Solid program and project management skills are essential for this role, as is working knowledge of Robotics Process Automation tools.

Degree from premier institutes with certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, PMP
* 15 years of work experience as a Business Change, Transformation and Operational Excellence consultant
