Qualifications:


• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (Non-negotiable)


• With at least 10 years of total experience in accounting or audit and deep experience with bookkeeping and accounting for a minimum of 4 years.


• Must have relevant experience from the Big Accounting & Auditing Firms or from other accounting/bookkeeping service provider companies


• Must have relevant experience being a service provider to multiple clients at the same time


• Must be knowledgeable in QuickBooks


• Strong leadership skills: an initiative-taker who can make things happen with minimal guidance and someone who is not afraid to take risks


• Preferably with technical knowledge to prepare US GAAP-based financial statements (highly preferred)


• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills in English


• Must be highly motivated, analytical, logical thinker, keen to details, and with a passion for determining strategy and appropriate approaches for transactions to help clients solve important problems.


• Must have the skills to adapt to changing requirements and/or deadlines


• Must have the skills to deal well with the high demands of multiple clients and can handle stress effectively

Duties and Responsibilities:


• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of engagements with high-quality work/deliverables Lead and facilitate client calls


• Demonstrate exceptional client service (i.e., cultivating a genuine relationship with the client by maintaining great communication and providing deliverables on a timely basis with impeccable quality)


• Drive and ensure that deliverables are produced on a timely basis to clients Review the work of team members including but not limited to: o Recording of invoices and preparation of payments o Recording of Sales in QuickBooks o Recording of Credit Card Transactions in QuickBooks o Emails to clients to request for other information and/or status updates o Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Ledger. o Monthly Reconciliation of Bank Accounts o Account schedules (Prepaid expenses, Debt, Fixed Assets, and Equity) o Reconciliation of all accounts on an as-needed basis o Financial Reporting Packages and workbooks o Working papers supporting the Financial Reporting Packages


• Lead, manage and coach team members to ensure optimal performance of the team


• Train junior colleagues
• Resolve complex issues and concerns of clients and their books


• Prepare quarterly or annual financial workbooks and/or financial statements.
