Reporting to our client's VP of Finance, our Senior Accountant will be at the helm of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client experiences. Your days will be filled with building client relationships by assisting the VP of Finance in offering expert financial support and customized solutions, while fostering trust with our clients. You will also dive into the nitty-gritty of accounts payable/receivables, general ledger reconciliations, and comprehensive account analysis, mastering the financial intricacies that drive our success.

Balancing the Books: Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Building: You will assist the VP of Finance with offering expert financial support and customized solutions, while building trust with our clients.
  • Financial Mastery: Dive into the nitty-gritty of accounts payable/receivables, general ledger reconciliations, and comprehensive account analysis.
  • Budgeting Brilliance: Utilize your strategic thinking to align financial objectives with client needs and manage the budgeting process.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for improvement, driving operational efficiency, and contributing to special projects.
  • Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless payroll processing and year-end tax preparations.

The Right Investment: Your Qualifications

  • Excellent English, written and verbal skills, required.
  • Accounting education, preferred.
  • Proven Expertise: With at least 5-7 years of full-cycle US accounting experience, you're well-versed in financial reporting, balance sheets, and more.
  • Tech-Savvy: Navigate QuickBooks Online and Xero with ease and wield intermediate Excel skills to analyze data and enhance processes.
  • A minimum of 2 years of QuickBooks Online experience, required.
