Team and Role:
As an intern, you'll operate within the talent marketing faction, which oversees employer branding endeavors to attract top-tier candidates to Equinix. In this capacity, you'll collaborate with a dedicated global team tasked with formulating and executing talent marketing strategies to shape and amplify our talent brand. Your duties will involve:

  • Optimizing digital content for search engines to enhance Equinix's career site visibility
  • Producing web pages, social media content, and blog articles
  • Crafting fresh design concepts, graphics, and layouts to bolster recruitment marketing campaigns across all channels while complying with global brand standards
  • Conducting employee interviews to contribute to and generate social media content and blog posts spotlighting the Equinix work culture
  • Performing desktop research and analyzing competitors to grasp market trends and offer insights

Summer Project:
Implement search engine optimization strategies for the Equinix career website

Who You Are (Requirements and Qualifications):

  • Expected to graduate in 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related discipline
  • Students seeking to fulfill their On-Job-Training (OJT) as part of graduation requisites
  • Located in Manila
  • Available for full-time work throughout the Summer Internship Program's entire duration (between May to September, depending on your academic calendar)
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, proficient in English for business purposes
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Premier creative suite
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization practices
