  • Knowledge in Enterprise Environmental Factors. Organizational Process Assets, Organization Structure, Competency, Maturity, Tools/Techs/ Infrastructure, and Standards.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Planning, Leading, Organizing, Controlling & Monitoring assigned projects/project elements, ensuring compliance with applicable industry Philippines & Company Codes and Quality Control policies.
  • Checking to see if the project runs as per safety (including handling public safety) and legal rules & regulations.
  • Highly organized problem-solver with strong mentoring and interpersonal skills. Capable to oversee project execution at all stages, ensuring requirements are met timely with good quality and within the set budget.
  • Preemptively identify and anticipate potential risks. Possesses the skills to mitigate, devising strategies and navigate the project challenges.
  • A comprehensive understanding of construction processes, work sequence, techniques to make informed decisions and address technical intricacies.
