Admission Counsellor

Job description

• We are looking for Admission Counsellors for music school
• The incumbent will be responsible for bringing in admissions to various courses in the music school by counselling candidates who have shown any interest in our courses through our website or any other medium

Roles and responsibilities:

• Admission counselling: Provide comprehensive information about music courses, learning philosophies and events at Ragaaz.
• Advise students on the application process, deadlines, and required documentation.
• Arrange demo sessions and conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to address individual concerns and questions
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospective students and their application status using the academy's database management system
• Student Outreach: Participate in outreach activities to attract more students as and when planned by the academy
• Event Coordination: Participate in in-house monthly events actively and add value as team member
