Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Role & Responsibilities:

• Guide students through course selection via phone/in-person.
• Conduct daily outbound & follow-up calls with prospective students/parents.
• Build rapport and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Identify references to expand sales pipeline.
• Listen to and address queries/concerns of students/parents.
• Schedule and conduct counselling sessions via phone/video.
• Provide expertise in academic sales, clarifying doubts on courses, fees, etc.
• Handle objections and price negotiations to boost sales.

Salary: Upto 4,50,000 and incentives

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in career counselling preferred.
• Proficient in English and Malayalam.
• Understanding of customer behavior.
• Quick learner with willingness to upgrade skills.
• Computer proficiency: Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Ambitious, team player with a go-getter attitude.
