JOB SCOPE

· Has deep understanding of repair and maintenance of Road Safety Products and Machines such as solar studs, streetlights, thermoplastic paints machines, rockfall machines, generators etc.

To monitor and relay updates on client concerns and forward it to the appropriate technical team per product.Active troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime of the customers' operation.Develops, communicates, and implements the strategic direction of the aftersales team in accordance with the overall company goals.Plans and leads the aftersales team in monitoring and controlling financials regarding warranty and operational expenses.Manages Aftersales Service KPI to improve customer satisfaction and achieve maximum efficiency.Always ensure excellent customer service delivery at the Customer Care Center taking also into consideration the cost efficiency.Ensure the proper repair process to satisfy and control warranty requirements.Oversee fabrication of road signages and lamp post · Background in road signage productions is an advantage. REQUIREMENT:

· Graduate of Mechanical/ Industrial / Electrical / Electronic Engineering or equivalent

Ideally with 3-5 Yrs experience in managing service team on the same industry or equivalent.With strong leadership and organizational skillsPossesses good problem solving and keen attention to details.Willing to be assigned in Meycauayan BulacanCan start ASAP
