  • Graduate of BS. Agriculture in Animal Science or Veterinary Science
  • Experience in sales in the field of animal industry (Feed additives, and/or Veterinary products are preferred but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
  • Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of feeds or farm operations.
  • Possess excellent communication, negotiation, strategic, analytical, interpersonal, organization, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to identify and follow up on leads.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to be assigned in the province of North and South Luzon area.
  • 2 Full Time Position(s) available

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Represents Promax International with good values and carries out the mission and vision of the company.
  • Saturates the assigned accounts and areas.
  • Visits and assists existing accounts, takes orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers and other trade factors.
  • Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volumes of customers and dealers.
  • Meets the needs of the customer and the products that the company provides.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans (Weekly Itinerary Report), and monthly/quarterly territory analysis.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; recommends ideas and/or strategies to group and/or management.
  • Maintains records on area and customer sales.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing sales-related results as needed and participates in sales meetings, training, and events such as conventions, tradeshows, etc.
  • Attain set monthly Sales Target.
  • Both fieldwork and reporting will be required.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
