Senior Customer Service Associate

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Provide excellent customer service, including but not limited to handling customer complaints, queries, returns, requests.
- Assist in creating social media campaigns, including but not limited to regular posts, announcements of holiday closures, promotional events or products.
- Assist in developing marketing campaigns, goals and deadlines.
- Assist in creating reports on marketing and customer service performance.
- Assist in performing market and client research.
- Assist in organizing special events in line with the company's branding or image.
- Assist in creating signages, window displays, rack displays according to the company's needs.
- Assist in ensuring cleanliness and orderliness of the customer service area
- Performs other functions as required by the immediate superior or as required by the management
Company Involvement
- Abides with the company's set of rules, regulations and policies
- Attends meetings (weekly or monthly meetings) as required by immediate superior and other departments.
- Suggests and participates in achieving department plans and goals.
- Represents and promotes a positive image of the company both on and off the job.
- Performs other functions as required by the immediate head or as required by the top management
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Customer service oriented
- Graphic Design skills - including working knowledge of graphic design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Canva or other design software
- Must be social media savvy - proven ability to garner likes and follows on different social media platforms
- Can multi-task and be organized
- Can work under pressure
- Works harmoniously with others
The Senior Customer Service Associate is responsible for promoting the company and its products.
