PMO Head

Type of employment: Direct and Full Time

Location: Quezon City - Hybrid setup

Qualifications:

• Implements and delivers projects across multiple client engagements from the development phase to the Delivery Phase through project sign off and support in collaboration with the Project Management team and the SOD Head
• Must have at least ten (10) years of solid experience in software development life cycle
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a senior management role, handling a team of no less than ten (10) members
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in project management for an IT services and solutions company

Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Implements and delivers projects across multiple client engagements from the
• Develop phase to the Delivery Phase through project sign off and support in
• collaboration with the Project Management team and the SOD Head.
• Implements project controls and developments to secure customer satisfaction.
• Manages projects and ensures that projects are delivered on time and on budget
• This includes tracking of project hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
• Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
• Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
• Coordinates sign-offs on project completion with the Delivery Team
• Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
• Executive Reporting
• Internal Work Order Facilitation
• Administrative Duties and Other Tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php100, Php150,000.00 per month
