Day to Day Job Functions

  • Lead and execute strategic transformation initiatives related to business transformation and incubation/set up of new businesses
  • Develop and implement business plans, including financial and operational forecasts, to support the successful launch of new businesses and initiatives
  • Manage and prioritize projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high quality
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with business transformation and new business setup
  • Provide thought leadership and best practices in the areas of business transformation, incubation, and organizational initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and set initiatives of business process, digital, technology and organizational transformation that drive organizational value optimization, efficiency, effectiveness and cost reduction
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and partners to drive successful outcomes.
  • Manage communications and change management plans, build and implement transformation project plans
  • Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Desired Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years progressive work experience in leading high-priority initiatives in strategy, transformation, or business development
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with a proven track record of driving growth, increasing efficiency, and improving profitability
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously and deliver on time and on budget
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with business transformation and new business setup.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience influencing and communicating effectively across all levels and teams across the organization
  • Results-oriented, flexible and proactive

Payroll Administration and Management – ASTICOM will be responsible for the overall payroll management of the client's employee. This service includes the implementation of Asticom's very own payroll system.

Outsourcing/Shared Service Model – ASTICOM will enter an engagement with the client wherein Asticom will act as a service provider that will directly manage operations (people, tools of work, productivity, and others).

Staffing Services – ASTICOM will enter an agreement with the client as the principal. Asticom's project employees shall be deployed to the client for the duration if the engagement.
