Role Overview:

As an Implementation Project Manager, you'll lead complex projects within the business segment, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. With 3-4 years of experience, you'll collaborate with stakeholders, track progress, and resolve issues. Proficiency in English and essential software tools is required. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with flexibility for travel and working US daytime hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex projects to accomplish identified implementation initiatives in support of the assigned business segment.
  • Determine the necessary skill set and collaborate with management to build the project team based on project scope and expectations, which may involve cross-divisional coordination.
  • Consult with management and end users to define the scope of assigned projects or project tasks, including an assessment of current information technology platforms and systems, and defining key assumptions.
  • Ensure that project goals or objectives are achieved within the prescribed time frame and budget requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs), making follow-up calls as necessary during all phases of deployment and maintenance projects.
  • Direct escalation issues to the appropriate internal resources as required.
  • Track requests (e.g., service, activity status, follow-up communications, etc.) for all assigned projects.
  • Participate in conference calls with other team members as necessary.
  • Provide leadership and direction on all assigned projects, ensuring follow-through from the beginning to the end of the project management life cycle.
  • Establish standards and strategy for each project.
  • Identify task force members and assign specific tasks and responsibilities.
  • Continuously monitor tasks and project assignments, identifying and resolving problems.
  • Develop final reports with findings and recommendations for management.
  • Proactively oversee activities involved in the quality resolution of problems related to the area of responsibility.
  • Prioritize providing quality customer service by overseeing all staff activities, ensuring the unique needs of customers are met.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with team members and department contacts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
  • 3-4 years of increasingly responsible implementation and project management experience required, with an emphasis on technical capabilities preferred.
  • 1 year of experience with implementation projects and resource allocation preferred.
  • Proficient in English (written and verbal) required.
  • Experience managing large complex projects working with high-profile customers is necessary.
  • SharePoint knowledge at an intermediate level is preferred.
  • Possession of Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desired.
  • Basic understanding of Wireless E9-1-1 networks and call-flows is necessary.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Project at an intermediate level is required.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% or as needed.
  • Availability to work US daytime hours is required.

The ideal candidate:

Will have the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-risk environments and can adapt to shifting priorities. Experience in public safety is a bonus but not mandatory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive attitude and the ability to grow within the role, potentially advancing to higher levels of responsibility. PMP certification is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with relevant project management experience.

  • Salary of up to Php 2.28m/annum (inc. 13th month) depending on experience
