  • Determining the nature of incoming emails and prioritizing them based on importance
  • Screening incoming emails to decide if they need to be forwarded to the appropriate recipient
  • Reviewing emails for follow-up actions and ensuring timely responses
  • Responding to client inquiries and concerns via email
  • Establishing centralized communication with clients through email

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in handling sensitive information
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Familiarity with Google Suite or similar email platforms
