- Screening incoming emails to decide if they need to be forwarded to the appropriate recipient
- Reviewing emails for follow-up actions and ensuring timely responses
- Responding to client inquiries and concerns via email
- Establishing centralized communication with clients through email
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in handling sensitive information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Familiarity with Google Suite or similar email platforms
