Senior IAM

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business course
• At least 2 years of experience in the banking industry as a head or manager
• Strong leadership skills and a track record of effectively managing a sales team
• In-depth knowledge of banking products, services, and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining customer relationships
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
