Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and safety standards.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Key Qualifications:
Experience and Skills:5+ years in warehouse supervisory rolesStrong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory managementProficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)

Leadership:
Proven leadership and team management skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesCommunication:Strong verbal and written communication skillsEffective interpersonal skillsSafety and Compliance:Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and regulationsCommitment to maintaining a safe working environment

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with WMS and data analysisEducation:High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferredPreferred:Certification in warehouse management or logisticsExperience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
