Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, embraces challenges with an open mind, and shows commitment to the job.
  • Initiates ideas and participates in improving HR processes and strategies.
  • Identifies, evaluates, and manages proactive sourcing plans and strategies, including networking, internet job boards, referrals, and advanced techniques.
  • Determines and implements appropriate recruiting techniques for market industry, skill sets, and regions.
  • Ensures candidate inventory meets field demand.
  • Generates a high-quality candidate pipeline under tight deadlines.
  • Manages a candidate database for quick access.
  • Builds partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implements cost-effective measures for recruitment.
  • Conducts regular 1:1 sessions and succession planning.
  • Stays updated on industry sourcing trends.
  • Implements best practices in recruitment and staffing.
  • Executes people management responsibilities.
  • Identifies team improvement opportunities and implements coaching strategies.
  • Creates and updates developmental plans for team members.
  • Takes initiative and pays attention to detail.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Sourcing or Talent Acquisition Supervisor.
  • Strong interpersonal and people management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent analytical skills and goal orientation.
  • Proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient in fostering professionalism and building relationships, both individually and within a team.
  • Proven experience with HR metrics is advantageous.
