Our Information Security and Data Privacy team is seeking experienced professionals to join us in Makati with the role of Security Governance & Assurance Head.

In this position, you will lead and align security responsibilities across the Bank to ensure consistent control objectives and solutions, while nurturing relationships and collaborating on security governance and principles. You will also offer expert security advice, manage and lead information security teams, and supervise vulnerability management and penetration testing to safeguard all key assets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and revise the Bank's security policies, standards, strategies, and frameworks in line with business risks and regulatory demands.
  • Integrate information security controls into business operations through cross-organizational teamwork and an information security management system.
  • Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments on information security, implement risk mitigation plans, and establish metrics for regular monitoring.
  • Introduce process enhancements to boost the efficiency and efficacy of information security management systems and address security vulnerabilities.
  • Gather routine feedback from stakeholders to steer service enhancements and supervise the review and update of information security governance materials.
  • Oversee the planning and oversight of the annual budget, audit, compliance activities, and guarantee the timely execution of ISDPO initiatives and programs.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and retention of key talents in ISDPO, define performance benchmarks, and promote employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Must possess at least two professional Security certifications (CISSP, CISM)
  • Demonstrated expertise in PCI-DSS, ISO27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and Data Privacy program implementation
  • Prior experience in security within the banking sector or similar industry, as well as team management skills, are essential
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Information Security, Network Security, IT Security, Cybersecurity, IT Risk Management, or a related field
  • Proficient in VAPT tools like Kali Linux, Tenable, Rapid 7, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Qualys, Nmap, etc.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability scanning, source code analysis, advanced network protocol manipulation, and creation of customized penetration testing tools
  • Comprehensive understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, SSH, SFTP, VPN, Firewalls, Routers, etc.) and Server and workstation operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.)
