The Diversity in Content Partnerships team contributes to 3 key foundational and company goals: Empower the world to design; Do the most good we can; and Ultra Inclusive. The role of Producer on this team is an integral part of scaling our impact.

When our users see themselves represented in the library, they are empowered to design authentic content for themselves and others. They'll use Canva more and refer Canva to others.

They will create positive, impactful and authentic representational content that gets printed and published in their community.

About the Role/Specialty

As the Diversity Producer, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering a large body of work from our diversity team, supporting them with timelines, budgets, technical and operational support. Your ability to proactively manage your team with actionable lists are key to succeeding in this role using your knowledge of the creative process to masterfully work ahead of your creative team, ensuring they are set up with all the necessary information and being the lead for partner communications. You'll be an integral part of Canva's Partnerships Team as you organise projects, build relationships and guide the team to deliver extraordinary work.

What you'll do

  • Produce Diversity team projects
  • Liaise directly with partners to ensure appropriate approvals are secured
  • Build relationships with partners by championing best in class service
  • Understand and have attention to detail with contractual terms
  • See contracts and agreements through to completion
  • Collaborate with our Diversity team and operations to ensure the creative team has sufficient time and resources to deliver exceptional work.
  • Coordinate and deliver productivity reporting
  • Coordinate internal communications to ensure the right updates are being shared
  • Liaise with internal teams on internal creative projects to boost usage
  • Keep team documents and dashboards up to date and use your knowledge to build efficiencies into the process
  • Contribute to building an innovative and inclusive creative culture

What we're looking for

We are looking for an organisational whiz, a master of timelines, juggler of multiple projects and a creative management guru. You are a calm, approachable team member who exemplifies the Canva value of 'making complex things simple'. Ideally you will come from a service or production background with an extensive understanding of the client management process, an eye for detail, and a desire to see all jobs big or small seen through to completion.

You'll love this role if

  • 3+ years of experience in a Producer, Program or Project Management, or Operations role with agency, publisher or tech company
  • Basic knowledge of Monday, Jira or other project management tools.
  • Experience prioritising, managing and tracking multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
