We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Technical Manager –Derivatives Processing
The Manager role is responsible from a technical point of view, three separate complex processes. The process involves the timely and accurate settlement of FX, Money Market, Cash Derivatives, Security Derivatives, Futures, Swaps, Options, Precious Metals, EMIR reporting, Collateral Management & Cash Management
- Ensure all queues are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Ensures all work items are prioritised effectively, reducing the risk of missing cut off times.
- Process checker.
- Deals with complex items and investigations.
- Ensures that Operational Losses are kept to minimum levels.
- Handles escalations and independently owns them.
Requirements:
- Excellent Knowledge of the banking industry.
- Analytical skills and well organized.
- Good communication skills, team player and client oriented.
- Expertise of FX, MM, Cash Management, Collateral, Swaps/Total Return Swaps, Securities and Cash Derivatives is essential.
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
The chosen candidate for this role will be required to undergo enhanced vetting. Subject to local laws, this will require the individual to satisfactorily pass a series of additional checks as part of the recruitment process and on an ongoing basis, if appointed to the role.
