SUMMARY OF ACCOUNTABILITY

The general aim of the position is to prepare reports of financial information for regular management review and analyze financial data for decision support.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Prepare comparative financial reports every 15th of the month with supporting schedules:

1.1 Profit and Loss

1.2 Balance Sheet

1.3 Perform variance analysis of the results

2. Prepare Comparative Sales Report and other sales -related reports every 10th of the month.

3. Prepare /Update schedule of accounts every month.

3.1Bank Reconciliations (2 banks only)

3.2 Handling vehicle related Schedule (Loans Schedule) (monitoring)

3.3 Other accounts that may be assigned

4. Assist in the preparation of the financial projections. Update whenever necessary.

5. Assist in the preparation of working papers and supporting schedules needed for financial audit of external parties.

6. Assist in the preparation of annual budget of the Company.

7. Recommend effective internal controls to ensure that financial reports are relevant, accurate and reliable

8. Perform tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the manager.

REPORTING RESPONSIBILITY

Reports to the Assistant Finance Manager.

QUALIFICATION/PROFILE/COMPETENCIES

Accounting graduate, preferably CPA

Impressive academic background with grades of least 85% or equivalent

Analytical thinking

Strong background on spread sheet use and basic reporting

Good communication skills

Self-starter, confident

EXPERIENCE

Ideal Experience: 3-5 years experience as an analyst in finance area.
