Summary: RealPage Team Leader II will be responsible for overseeing a team dedicated to analyzing data, managing data migration, and implementing products based on customer requirements.

The team leader's role includes ensuring the team meets deadlines, supervising the implementation process, maintaining quality standards, addressing customer issues, and providing coaching for team members to resolve problems.

Additionally, the team leader will establish departmental procedures, onboard new team members, report and address product issues, assign tasks to the team, collaborate with product development for testing new solutions, assess resource needs for implementations, and serve as a subject matter expert.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • - Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely delivery of all objectives.
  • - Demonstrate expertise in all RealPage products and services.
  • - Prepare and review performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • - Address complaints and inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • - Maintain open communication with counterparts in the US and engage in regular operational coordination.
  • - Identify and support development in resolving workflow, script, or system issues and improvements.
  • - Conduct testing on new workflows, scripts, or solutions before implementation.
  • - Keep management informed of task statuses and address any obstacles hindering goal achievement.
  • - Promptly escalate critical issues that could impact deliverables to management.
  • - Collaborate with clients to resolve complex issues related to their data conversion submissions.
  • - Train and guide both new and existing team members.
  • - Develop and maintain management reports as necessary.
  • - Conduct annual performance evaluations.
  • - Participate in staffing screening and selection processes.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
  • - Preferably a graduate in Finance or Business-related field.
  • - Experience with software and/or multifamily property management is a must.
  • - Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • - Demonstrated leadership skills in successfully managing projects and teams.
  • - Strong organizational, time management, and project management capabilities.
  • - Excellent analytical skills to extract crucial insights from complex data.
  • - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities.
  • - Proficient in performance metrics analysis.
  • - Ability to articulate and simplify intricate processes and concepts.
  • - Track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • - Familiarity with RealPage products, SharePoint, and additional software is advantageous.
  • - Proficiency in multitasking within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • - Willingness to work night shifts on a fixed schedule.
  • - Flexible regarding work arrangements (On-Site, Remote, or Hybrid setups).
