Qualifications:

1. Registered Nurse with a valid license from PRC.
2. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in hemodialysis or nephrology care.
3. Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead and supervise a nursing team.
4. Strong clinical skills and proficiency in hemodialysis procedures and equipment operation.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Dedication to patient-centered care, safety, and quality.
7. Proficient in medical documentation and record-keeping.
8. Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced healthcare environment.

Working Conditions:

The Hemodialysis Head Nurse/Nursing Care Coordinator will primarily work at the Nephrology Center of Pasig City, Inc. - 2 branch located in Brgy. Mayamot, Antipolo City. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team and engaging in patient care, coordination, and supervision within the hemodialysis unit.
