- Scheduling and monitoring container movements to and from the wharf.
- Liaise with operational staff and clients.
- Client management and customer service satisfaction follow-up.
- Problem-solve inventory issues and logistics.
Requirements:
- Procurement, international and domestic logistics, transport, warehousing, and distribution
- At least 1-2 years of experience
- With AU experience; preferable
- Dealing with freight forwarders
- Strong administrative and document control skills
- Basic/intermediate MYOB and WMS/Datapel skills
- Knowledge of Chep/Loscum Pallet control
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Word
- Can start ASAP
