What is this role about?
The role is responsible for the administrative support of the HR-LEARN Team.

What will YOU do?

  • Assist the Learning & Development Specialist/Partner in the identification of learning needs in order to come up with a recommended design and plan for a learning program and/or initiative given Organizational Strategies, Management directions, objectives and timelines
  • Organize the enrollment trackers and learner database to ensure the updated learning records of all employees.
  • Communicate the programs and events to all employeesto gather and entice participants toregister in learning programs and events offered
  • Update the programs and events to ensure materials are up-to-date and relevant for the program participants
  • Gather data for reporting purposes by collating data efficiently and ensuring the integrity of information recorded files, trackers and reports.
  • Ensures smooth delivery and flow of learning programs either on a face to face or virtual platform.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time

What will YOU need?

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in training and development
  • Advanced proficiency in G-Sheets and/ or Excel is required, as well as good data entry skills, data visualization and excellent G-Slides and/ or Power Point presentation skills
  • Must possess strong planning, organizing and analytical skills to perform efficiently in this role
  • Must possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in handling a corporate learning management system from an administrative standpoint is highly desirable
